Q1 Can I visit Landonbath factory? Can your factory pick me up from hotel or airport?
Yes, it is a great honor to invite you to visit Landonbath factory. It is about 2hs from Guangzhou and 1.5hs away from Foshan City to get there. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel or airport when you are in Guangzhou or Foshan city.

Q2 Can your factory laser print our brand on the product?
Yes. For normal products, with your authorization letter, we can laser print your brand logo on the products. While the products with CUPC certification, if required printing logo and CUPC logo on the product at the same time, you need to make an application to IAMPO company.

Q3 Is your factory able to design our own package ?
Yes. We can able to help design your own packaging. Also we can share our ideas of packing.

Q4 Can we get support if we have our own market position ?
It’s great that can share both ideas for the market planning, just inform us your detailed schedule, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you to find the best solution .

Q5 How can we get sample to check quality ? And how many days ?
You can order one or few pieces sample to check our product quality firstly. It can be ready within 3-7 days once we receive the sample payment.

Q6 Do you charge for samples and freight ?
As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer’s account while sample charges will be returned to you in your first official order .

Q7 What is your MOQ ?
12pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before normal order.

Q8 What about the delivery time ?
Estimated samples delivery time is 10-15 days;
20ft container is 25 - 35 days;
40ft container is 35 - 40 days.

Q9 What is the Warranty for the faucets ?
For the faucets,we have 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side were found in this period, we will send you the replacement in your next new order .
